We prototype, iterate, validate through testing, and hand off a proven design ready for high-volume production. The entire workflow stays in-house for quality control and speed to market.
Custom shipping solution designed in-house for an unmanned aerial system, built from customer requirements with no existing drawing. Structural design incorporated corrugated, wood, and foam components engineered around the drone's geometry and transit requirements. Design was validated through a full prototype and test cycle before production.
Fabricated a cushioned transit pallet to protect and secure cargo during shipment. An integrated foam insert provides shock and vibration isolation, with custom hardware attachments ensuring secure retention to the pallet structure. Working from customer-supplied drawings, the design underwent a full engineering review cycle.
