We design and fabricate custom foam and cushioning systems that hold sensitive components exactly in place — from drone airframes to avionics, optics, and ordinance components. Our in-house foam cutting and design achieves close-fit tolerances, and material selection is driven by the specification, fragility, ESD sensitivity, and environmental exposure of what's inside. We specialize in polyethylene and polyurethane foam cushioning in a variety of thicknesses and densities, tailored to your application.
Send us a drawing, a CAD file, or the hardware itself — we'll engineer a foam system around it. Precision-cut, ESD-safe, and validated to spec.
